Exchange Policy:
1. We offer exchanges for eligible products purchased from Russian Mafia Website.
2. Exchange is only allowed after opening the package and inspecting the item(s) for defects or sizing issues. If you receive defective products do share the images at exchanges@russianmafia.in
3. To initiate an exchange, you must contact our customer support within 5 days of receiving the product.
4. The item must be returned in their original condition, including all tags (tags should not be removed) packaging, and accessories, within 5 days from the date of delivery.
5. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired size or style is unavailable, we may offer alternative options or a store credit.
6. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) for an exchange. It has to shipped by the customer and update us with the tracking id at exchanges.russianmafia.in
7. Any price difference between the exchanged item(s) will be handled through a separate transaction.
Return Policy:
1. Returns are not accepted for products purchased from Russian Mafia. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
2. In exceptional cases, if the delivered product(s) are damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify our customer support within 5 days of receiving the order at exchanges.russianmafia.in
3. Returns will only be considered if the product(s) are returned directly to our designated courier partner through the door-to-door pickup service.
4. The returned item(s) must be in their original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories.
5. Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will assess the situation and, if approved, initiate the necessary refund or replacement.
6. Please allow 10-15 business days for the processing of returns and refunds.
